We Are Catalyzers for AI to Serve Humanity and the Planet

About Engage AI

Engage-AI is a pioneering nonprofit advocacy group advancing the responsible development and deployment of artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) for the common good.

We believe AI must be guided by core human values such as dignity, justice, inclusion, and sustainability, not just technological ambition.

Why We Exist

AI is reshaping our world. However, without careful stewardship, it risks reinforcing inequality, displacing workers, and eroding privacy. Engage-AI exists to ensure these technologies uplift communities, protect the environment, and empower people, especially those most often excluded from innovation conversations.

What We Do

We bring civil society to the center of global AI discourse. By convening diverse voices, supporting local leadership, and amplifying underrepresented perspectives, we help shape policy, tools, and innovation ecosystems that serve everyone, everywhere.

Our work aligns with the United Nations 2030 Agenda and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), embedding equity and sustainability at the heart of the AI future.

Mission

We seek to promote the responsible use of AI/ML technologies to drive positive social impact and environmental sustainability.

Vision

We envision a future where communities worldwide use AI/ML to prosper while safeguarding the planet.

Values

Our values reflect a commitment to promoting inclusive social and economic progress, human-centered AI/ML development, and collabortion for collective impact.
